When & where do you have Open Play?

Do I need to be a member to play? How do I become a member?

Yes, you must be a Member to play. It's free to join! Just fill out the form by clicking here. You will then get an email with next steps.

Can I just show up to play?

No, we require our Members to RSVP for Open Play. Instructions on how to do this are in our Members group. Please do not show up to an Open Play session without RSVPing.

What happens if I need to cancel my session?

We require cancellations to be made 24 hours in advance through our scheduling system. You will be charged for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

How much does Open Play cost?

Open Play is $5 per session. Other programming, such as tournaments, special events, and classes, have their own pricing that gets announced in our Members Group.

How do I pay?

Send funds to @nola_pickleball on Venmo.

What if I can't afford to pay?

That's ok! As part of our commitment to serving our community, if someone cannot cover the cost of Open Play on a regular basis, we will make arrangements to get you on the courts–no questions asked.

Why is my membership pending?

If your status is pending in WhatsApp or our scheduling system, please be patient because it can take a couple days to be approved. To speed up the process, please use your real name and a real picture when you sign up. Also make sure your phone number matches in WhatsApp and in our scheduling system.
